Dr. Todd Brilliant, DDS
Owner-Dentist

Dr. Brilliant is dedicated to creating beautiful, healthy smiles. Originally from Long Island, NY, he earned his Bachelor’s in Resource Ecology and Management from the University of Michigan, then completed his dental degree at SUNY Stony Brook and a residency at the San Diego VA Hospital.

He actively participates in the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and San Diego County Dental Association. Dr. Brilliant lives in Rancho Bernardo with his wife, Sharon, and their sons, Jonah and Cameron. He enjoys sports, beach runs, golf, and outdoor activities. He also loves adding humor to his life through quirky art related to family, friends, and dentistry.

Naska
Registered Dental Hygienist

Naska joined our team in 2017, she obtained her Bachelors of Science and Dental Hygiene Degree from Loma Linda University in 2013. Having lived in San Diego for the last 17 years she considers this home. In her free time she enjoys a good brunch spot and rooting for her favorite team the Kansas City Chiefs.

Miriam
Registered Dental Hygienist

Miriam is a graduate of Concorde Hygiene School, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from CSUSM. Outside of academia, she is passionate about outdoor activates, exploring new destinations through travel, and nurturing deep connections with her family.

Bethany
Back Office Manager, Registered Dental Assistant

Bethany joined our team in early 2017 as a Registered Dental Assistant. With knowledge ranging from cosmetic to surgical dentistry she is our lead assistant and keeps our back office running smoothly. In her free time she enjoys competing on her horse and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.

Caleb
Registered Dental Assistant

Caleb, from Redding, California, is dedicated to providing top-quality care and comfort in dentistry. He aims to make dental visits more enjoyable with kindness and empathy. In his free time, Caleb enjoys playing video games, visiting the beach, and spending time with his wife Savana and their cat, Mayonnaise.

Jessica
Registered Dental Assistant Intern

Jessica, a San Diego native, completed her Dental Assisting Program at San Diego Mesa Community College. Inspired by her own positive dental experiences, she strives to make every patient feel comfortable. In her free time, she enjoys beach outings, hiking, running, and embracing San Diego’s vibrant outdoor lifestyle.

Front Office Coordinator

Lesly became a valued member of our team in August 2021. She finds the most joy in her role through connecting with patients and building meaningful relationships with them. Outside of work, Lesly pursues her passions for photography and hiking, finding inspiration in the natural world and capturing its beauty.
